My specialty is in creative approaches to Organization
Change. I have 20 years of
experience in supporting organizations in growing and evolving in directions
that feel authentic and useful. My
commitment is to inclusive, systemic change whether I’m focused on an
individual, a team, a department, or an entire company.
My approach to Organization Change is based on classic theories and intensive
experience in both what works and, frankly, what doesn’t. Through my successes I’ve found that
the most powerful orientation for change within organizations is one of
inclusiveness, empowered creativity, and effective relationships. The heart of change is with the people who are enacting it; that’s
where the answers are and where true leverage lives.
I have directed the Change Management elements of several large transformational
programs. I've led the
development of new organizational structures, training events, and
communication campaigns for the implementation of new processes and cultures.
To provide for inclusive collaboration, I've created cascading sponsorship
programs, designed and facilitated Large Group Events, and assessed
organizations on the “beliefs behind the behaviors” so that permanent change can take hold.
